Unopened software:
RoyalDiscount will accept returns of unopened software as long as the product is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The software must be in the original condition and must not be damaged in any way. The product must include the product key codes. You will be charged a minimum 3.5% credit card processing fee and a shipping and handling fee. There will be a $10.00 shipping charge for any package that is refused.
Defective Software:
Defective software may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a replacement only.
Opened/Used Software:
We may accept returns on Opened/Used Software on a case by case basis. Once we have received and evaluated the condition of the product, we will respond with our calculated value of the item. At this time the customer can either accept this value which will be credited/paid to the customer, or refuse this valuation and the product will be shipped back to the customer.
Software Licensing:
There will be a 20% restocking fee on cancelled licensing orders once they have been committed to an individual/company. This is due to the processing time required to cancel the license. RoyalDiscount will not take returns on MSDNS once they have been registered to an individual/company because the license cannot be reversed.
RoyalDiscount reserves the right to deny the return of any product we deem tampered with at our discretion.
These return policies are industry standard for all software and media products due to piracy issues.

All products received as defective and reported within 14 calendar days of delivery will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the discretion of our technical support department. All products found to be defective after 14 days will be subject to the Manufacturer's Warranty Policy. All reportedly defective products that are found to be in working order after being tested by Our Technical Support Department will be subject to a $20.00 testing fee and returned to the customer. A 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed on all returned hardware items, unless it is found to be defective. All returns that are refunded will be charged a return shipping fee if applicable. All products returned for a refund must be done so within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery and must be in 100% resalable condition. All retail boxes must include all materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and any other accessories that accompany the product and the product must be in its original package.
