I take this for health maitenance.
I have taken this myself and have noticed an increase in energy. However, I initially bought this for my kids. I can't get them to take it! The bitter taste, despite being mildly "berry flavored" just isn't good enough for either of them to take it.
I do like the product if provides energy to help me get through my day. I would not recommend taking this product close to bedtime. I think it genergized me and kept me from falling asleep. [...]
The recommended 8 ounces to mix this with is not enough. Nasty chalk! My son won't touch it, even when I doubled the amount of water. Waste of money!
