We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a 30 day, money back guarantee.
Return Policy
1. If you are not completely satisfied with your watch, call us within 30 days to obtain a return authorization number (RMA). Customers must contact our customer service to obtain the RMA number. THIS RMA MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. Packages sent without the RMA number specified will be rejected.
2. The watch must be returned in original packaging including manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) along with any other original packaging. You will need to secure the original manufacturers packing inside appropriate shipping materials such as box w/peanuts or bubble wrap, etc. We expect the package shipped to us the way we shipped the watch to you if possible.
3. You must pay for all shipping costs. Collect shipping will be refused. For your own protection, you may wish to insure the watch you are returning. If you choose not to insure the package - all liability is yours.
4. A one time restocking fee of $10.95 will be charged for all returns to cover expenses. There is a $5.00 fee for each additional item on the same return.
5. The watch can only be returned if it has NEVER been worn. It is impossible to wear a watch (even for short) periods and not get it scratched or blemished. If the watch shows the slightest sign of being worn, we cannot accept it, as we do not sell used or refurbished merchandise.
6. If the watch you are returning has been resized or modified in anyway, such as removing bracelet links, we will be unable to issue a refund.
7. Special orders are never returnable.
8. For defective watches please see our Warranty Information page. Repair times can vary between 30-180 days.
Exchange Policy
The exchange policy is the same as the return policy except for the following:
1. Call to find out the availability of an optional model.
2. Enclose invoice with defect information or optional model number desired.
3. All US orders are charged a shipping fee of $3.95 for 2nd Day Air delivery. The $10.95 restocking fee is not charged on exchanges 4. All International orders (outside US) are charged a shipping fee of $25.00 for 2nd Day Air delivery. The $10.95 restocking fee is not charged on exchanges
