Within 30 days of the receipt of your order, you may return any item in new condition, in its original carton or packaging with all parts. Goods must be unopened to receive a refund. If your order was sent via Free Shipping and you return the order, we will refund you full amount minus actual shipping cost for your shipment. We do not accept any returned if items is opened or used. Defective items will be exchanged for the exact same item only. Shipping charges will be refunded if we made an error with your order. To return an item, you must contact us , indicating the reason for your return along with the ToysCamp order number and date of purchase. Send package only after acknowledgement from Toyscamp.com whether item requires to send us back or not.

If the order has been shipped but you have not yet received it, you can refuse the order upon delivery (it will save you a second shipping charge). Otherwise, wrap the package securely and send it to the address below.
