Return Policy At FractionPrice, we stand behind our products 100%, and offer you the option of returning items that do not meet your needs. If a product is defective, was mis-shipped or you are not satisfied for any reason, simply follow the steps below and we will refund your money.
Only the purchase price of items is refundable. We cannot refund shipping and handling charges that have been paid out to deliver your package. For items with Free Shipping, we charge a 20% restocking fee in lieu of the Shipping & Handling fee.
To return an item:
You must notify us via email at customerservice@FractionPrice.com within 15 days of the FractionPrice ship date to initiate your return.
You must explain why you are returning the item. To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories, as applicable.
Include your name (using the same name you used to place the order), your address, your daytime phone number, your email address and your order number.
Wait for a reply which will provide you with an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #) and further return instructions within 3 - 5 business days.
Print our reply and a copy of your original email requesting the return. Include this inside your package, and also write your RMA# on the outside of the package when you ship it back. Returns must be received back in our warehouse within 30 days from the original FractionPrice ship date. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
Any packages received by our Returns Processing Center without a proper RMA#, if accepted, will be honored for online store credit only.
FractionPrice reserves the right not to accept returned items received back in our warehouse after 30 days from the original FractionPrice ship date. |
