Return Policy We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receiving the order. Merchandise must be in original condition, unopened and unused. Return Authorization Numbers are required on all returns. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please email us at info@thefragrancewarehouse.com and a Customer Service Representative will be happy to assist you. Upon receipt, we will reimburse you for the amount that applies to the item(s) along with any applicable sales tax.
