National Geographic Excursion Shirt
David Alan Harvey, a photographer for National Geographic, has been raving to us about this shirt for months! Like all of our photographers, he often works in variable weather conditions. This durable and breathable nylon shirt is so versatile it can be worn alone or as a lightweight jacket. Its soft, supple fabric wicks moisture away from the skin (for quick drying) and provides sun protection equivalent to SPF 40 to protect your skin. In cooler weather, this same fabric also works to keep the body warm, and can be layered with other clothing for added warmth. Additional features include antimicrobial defenses, three zippered pockets-two chest and one lower security-for storing necessities, and a mesh back and underarm inserts that increase ventilation as needed. Fold into a tiny size, stash it in your bag, and go! Imported.
