Return Policy
Smallflower accepts returns on unopened, unused products for 30 days after the order is received. ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED IN ADVANCE. To receive an authorization please contact us stating with your name, order number and the circumstances of the return. We will email you back with return instructions. If the product being returned has been used or opened, please contact us with the order information and state the reason for the return. We will try to accomodate all return requests, but we reserve the right to deny accepting returns on opened and used products. Returns sent without prior authorization will be accepted solely at the discretion of Smallflower.
