Return Policy
To return an item:
There is no need to call for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Please clean any garments and repack items in sturdy packaging. Include packing slip you have received with shipment. If you have misplaced the packing slip, include a note with your full billing address, so that we can look up the purchase in our computer. We will make every effort to speed your exchange or refund.
We also ask you indicate the reason for the return, as this helps our buyers know of any recurring problems a customer may be experiencing with a particular product.
Exchanges:
Quantities can be very limited. To best insure you get the item you want we recommend you order the item you want for an exchange now instead of waiting for your return to be processed.
