Simply return the shoes in the original box and tell us the desired size and width for the replacement pair. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Any shoes returned after 30 days, if accepted, will incur a 10% restocking fee. After 30 days, worn shoes can be returned only if there is a problem due to a manufacturing defect. New Balance adult shoes are guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. Kids shoes are guaranteed for 60 days from date of purchase.
