Return Policy
If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase then you may return it within thirty days for a full refund or an exchange. If your purchase is a Holiday Gift then take an extra 30 days. Call toll free with any questions 1 (877) 463-9225.
If you are not happy with the fit of your new shoes, we'll gladly exchange them for a different size or width. Simply return the shoes in the original box and tell us the desired size and width for the replacement pair.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Any shoes returned after 30 days, if accepted, will incur a 10% restocking fee. After 30 days, worn shoes can be returned only if there is a problem due to a manufacturing defect.
New Balance adult shoes are guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. Kids shoes are guaranteed for 60 days from date of purchase.
