Peltz Famous Brand Shoes will accept returns of unworn, re-saleable, regular price merchandise for exchange or refund, when received by us within thirty (30) days of original shipping date to you. Merchandise must be returned in the original shoe box with a copy of your order confirmation, sales receipt or packing slip. Shoe Box must Be shipped back with an outside carton. Please Do NOT tape up the shoe box to mail the product back to us. Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
