Returning a Product Please go to our "Customer Service" department online and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (R.M.A.). When shipping the product back, please write this number in a couple of places on the outside of the box you are shipping back. Return the product in its original packing and condition to the address we provide to you. We strongly recommend that you insure the shipment for your own protection. We will credit your account once we process the return (please allow 4 business days once we received the returned item).
