Shipping is non-refundable. :: Repack the item in its original packaging with the packing slip. :: Contact us within 15 days of receiving the item so we can give you further instructions. :: Returns must be made within 15 days from the date you received it. :: Returns must be unused and in resaleable condition. (We check every item you order before shipping it to make sure it's not damaged.) :: For your security, you should return the item with an insured courier (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel Post) and retain the receipt the courier gives you so you can contact them in case something happens to your return in transit. :: We are not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit. :: Damages: If it is damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and contact us within 7 days of the date you received it. (UPS will need to see all original packaging to confirm damage in transit and validate returns.) :: Personalized printed products, special orders and samples are non-refundable.
