In her April 2005 field work, Soliman (Egyptology, Misr U. for Sciences and Technology) was in many cases able to develop a description and analysis of sites that are not cited, or are poorly cited, in published literature. She provides actual locations, her measurements, photographs and drawings, documentation, and a description of the present condition--in many cases compared to conditions described in earlier published data. Her arrangement is chronological, in sections on the pre-dynastic period to the end of the Old Kingdom, the Saff Tombs at el-Tarif, Tombs from the reign of Nebhepetre Mentuhotep and the Middle Kingdom royal tombs, and the second intermediate period.
