What's Title Nine's Hassle-Free Return Policy?
If, for any reason, or no reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase,
you may return it to us for an exchange or a full product refund. No questions asked,
ever.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Just send the item(s) back with a note explaining the reason to: Returns - Title
Nine, 1414 Harbour Way South, Suite 1300, Richmond, CA 94804. There is a return/exchange
form on the back of your invoice to make this easier for you.
If you would like an exchange, first we'll issue a credit to your card for
the returned item(s). Then when we ship your new item, we'll charge you for
it. So your credit card billing statement is clean and clear. And we'll never
charge additional shipping for any new items sent out as an exchange. Yes, really.
If the exchange was a gift, just let us know who purchased it for you. If you'd
like a refund, just tell us that, and we'll take care of it. It's that simple.
