- Placed a time sensitive order-2 weeks later checked the status-learned it hadn't been processed.Reordered & 2 weeks later checked the status-was informed the item was discontinued.A month of waiting for an order that wasn't coming.

- I still have not received theitem, but received an email stating that if I still wanted it, I should let you know - which I did. However, I still have not received an acknowledgement that the item is ordered or when it will be shipped.
