The firstand only dual sensor/contact scan BBQ thermometer. Accurately measures internal and external food-temperatures for perfect results every time!

Take the guesswork out of cooking meats just the way you like themrare, medium or well done; even your baked potatoes are cooked to perfection every time! Combines both infrared and probe thermometers in one pocket-sized unit. Custom LCD monitor clearly displays temperatures for easy viewing. The probe thermometer is accurate to one degree! Infrared mode selection can be set to scan for minimum or maximum temperatures and features a lock mode to monitor any objects temperature for up to 10 minutes.

Since the infrared unit never comes in contact with any surface, it minimizes cross-contamination and germ spreading and makes clean up a snap! Plus, the non-contact infrared unit prevents mangling of meats and keeps juices locked in! Test temperatures before serving to ensure that food is not too hot or cold.

Can be used to gauge grill temperature without opening the lid and even measures the level of fluid available in your grills propane tank! Included 3-volt battery provides 40 hours of continuous use (100 hours for contact probe only), with automatic power shut off after 15 seconds. Measures about 1" x 1" x 6".
