Return Policy Our return policy is simple. You may return any item for a full refund within 90 days of your order. You may contact us at customerservice@palmbeachjewelry.com if you have any questions.
Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. Attach the return label from the front of your packing slip and ship to the address indicated on the label. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:
