Dufour Pastry Kitchens prepares delectable palmiers by spreading all-butter puff-pastry dough with savory fillings, then forming the dough into a roll. The rolls are shipped frozen, ready to be sliced and baked. Our assortment includes three varieties: Cheese, with Parmesan, sour cream and a hint of nutmeg; Pesto, a rich mixture of basil, Parmesan, pine nuts and garlic; and Olive Tapenade, made with finely chopped kalamata olives, capers, garlic and herbs.
