This Panasonic bathroom fan has a DC Motor, SmartFlow Optimum CFM technology, and a 32 Watt compact fluorescent light.

This FV-08VKL3 model bath fan has  SmartFlow Optimum CFM Technology which lets the fan always perform at a constant CFM even if there are elbows in the duct work.  The fan automatically increases its speed when it senses static pressure.  The DC Motor on this fan makes for extremely quiet operation and this motor will last for years.  The light  included in this model means you have a fan and light in one unit for easier installation.  The light also has a 4-watt nightlight and the bulbs are included.
