This FV-08VKM3 WhisperGreen model bathroom ventilation fan from Panasonic has a DC motor, variable speed controls, motion sensor and a delay timer.  This bathroom fan has SmartFlow Optimum CFM Technology which keeps the fan at a constant CFM no matter what the duct configuration is.

The SmartAction Motion Sensor will automatically control the fan whenever someone enters or exits the bathroom and there is also a delay timer which is adjustable from 30 seconds to 60 minutes which allows the fan to go back to the minimum air flow level as set by you.

This model is UL listed for tub/shower enclosure when used with a GFCI branch circuit wire.  The FV-08VKM3 is ASHRAE 62.2, LEED for Homes, Energy Star IAP, CA Title 24, EarthCraft and WA Ventilation Code Compliant.
