The Panasonic FV-11VH2 is the ultimate in a luxury bathroom exhaust fan.  The self-contained unit contains both exhaust fan and heating element, to keep your bathroom warm when heat is needed.  You get heat quickly with this bathroom fan, the warm up time is only one minute. When you demand the best ventilation/heater combo that is quiet and efficient, look no further than Panasonic ventilation at RE Williams.  This fan is energy star rated and certified by the Home Ventilating Institute. Fits in 2 x 8 construction.  For optimal performance you should install this heater bathroom fan no more than 8 feet from floor to ceiling and a minimum 20 amp dedicated circuit is recommended. This model of Panasonic Bathroom fan has a 3 year warranty.
