Panasonic FV-13VKML3 WhisperGreen-Lite Bathroom Exhaust Fan

This WhisperGreen Lite Panasonic bath fan has it all.  It is extremely quiet,  has a motion sensor, High/Low delay timer, Custom Vent Variable Speed Control and SmartFlow Optimum CFM Technology, a light and nightlight.

The motion sensor automatically activates the fan when somebody enters or exits the room.  The variable speed control allows the fan to run at a preset level of 0 or 50-110 cfm then switches the fan on up to a maximum of 130 cfm when the switch is turned on.  The delay timer is adjustable from 30 seconds to 60 minutes which allows it to turn the fan down to the minimum cfm level after the amount of time you set.  The SmartFlow Optimum CFM Technology keeps the cfm at a constant level by increasing the speed when needed. 

This Panasonic bathroom fan also features a light with an Energy Star qualified 32 watt compact fluorescent bulb to provide light for your bathroom.  This model even has a 4 watt nightlight to make your bathroom safer at night.  Bulbs are included.
