Claxton, GA 30417 If your order qualified for free shipping then you will be credited for the actual amount of the merchandise less shipping cost paid by Gift Warehouse to ship your item. All returns must be in new and resalable condition with the exception of defective warrantied merchandise. Returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA). Please contact the merchant at 800-919-8100 to obtain an RA number. The item must be received within 30 days of the issuance of the RA number. Items without a RA number will be refused. Please allow 7-10 days for the credit to be issued and also please keep in mind that we do not charge a restocking fee. We only credit the amount of the merchandise less our cost incurred in shipping the item to you or the amount you were charged for shipping (whichever is greater). (If you received free shipping with your order the free shipping is only free when the order is completed and over the limit specified.
