  • We require additional time to personalize all our items. Please allow at least 3-5 days for personalization, in addition to shipping delivery time. Please note that some items take 3-4 weeks for personalization and cannot be expedited.

    Because Personal Creations customizes each item individually, changes to any orders must be made by 10 p.m. CST of the same day you place your order.

    Personalization cannot be changed after the order is processed and in production.

    Please NOTE: Photo items cannot be ordered on Personal Creations CatalogCity.com Store.

  • Each item ordered will incur an additional $3.50 personalization fee.

  • A $10.95 surcharge will be added to all orders from residents living outside the continental United States.
