StacksandStacks Homewares will accept returns within 30 days from the date that the order was received in-home.
You will need to contact returns@stacksandstacks.com or call 1-800-761-5222 for instructions. Our products are shipped not only from our California warehouse but also from individual manufacturers across the country and returns are handled differently by all locations. Some manufacturers charge restocking fees and many require Return Merchandise Authorization numbers (RMA).
Unless the product is damaged, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Upon receipt of the returned product, a credit will be issued within 30 days or no more than two credit card billing cycles.
To expedite all returns, please supply StacksandStacks Homewares with the order #, the billing name and address and the "ship to", if different from the billing name and address and an explanation or reason for the return.
DAMAGES
For product damages, please contact Customerservice@stacksandstacks.com. If the package appears to have been damaged during transit, keep all packaging including packing materials as well as any interior or exterior boxes so that StacksandStacks Homewares can submit a shipping claim. When a damaged product is returned, the refund will include any shipping costs incurred. In many cases we can send out replacement parts for defective ones and replace damaged pieces so a return may not be necessary.
