PetSafe Wireless Instant Fence Pet Containment System (For Pets Over 8 lbs.) Usually Leaves Warehouse the Next Business Day How it works:Instant Fence is a simple, but effective containment system. A centrally located transmitter sends an adjustable radio signal up to a 90 ft. radius (over 1/2 an acre) to a small, lightweight receiver on your pet's collar. While in the signal area, he's free to run and play. When he gets near the limit of the signal area, a warning beep is emitted from his collar. If he continues, a mild static correction is emitted to encourage him to stay in the safe zone. Your pet cannot run through or escape. With the enclosed temporary boundary flags and a few minutes of daily training, your pet will learn his boundaries in about two weeks. It sets up instantly. No wires to bury or poles to plant. And it's portable, allowing you to take your pet on trips and offer him the same freedom and safety he gets at home. Note: Prior to purchasing this product please determine how the signal will work in your yard. Remember the signal is circular.
