"I ordered a rolling cooler as a thank you gift two and a half weeks before I needed it. I received one email from the company stating they had received my order. I kept checking the status and it was pending for almost 2 weeks. I sent an email to the company inquiring on the status. I never received a response. I called the company explaining that I needed my purchase by December 15 & that I had allowed plenty of time for them (ordered on November 30). The rep said she would check on it and send me an email. She did not. I called back the next day and the rep said it had been shipped direct from the mfg but she wasn't sure b/c she had a stack of papers to go through. Finally later that day I received an e-mail w/the tracking #. And today discovered I will NOT have it until Dec 16 - ONE DAY TOO LATE! Only order from this CO if you have LOTS of time to wait for your product & don't mind doing lots of follow up. BTW they got their $$ the same day I ordered it. I won't order from them again."
