Pros: Very sturdy, lightweight and compact will fit just about anywhere. Excellent sound quality.
Cons: The position of the "Mute" button can cause you to hit the wrong option.
The Bottom Line: Everything is relative. You may need a more sophistated 1 line phone system but this one should be more than enough in most any environment. Perfect for home office work.
