However you MUST request an RGA (return goods authorization) PRIOR TO RETURNING THE PRODUCT so that your account can be properly credited (all credits will be in the same form as payment received). The RGA number should be printed very clearly on the outside of the package used to send the returned merchandise back to us. Items that are returned without an RGA number will not be refunded. All returned merchandise must be received within 15 days of issuing the RGA.
