Polder Dual Sensor Thermometer & Timer This clever thermometer/timer measures the internal temperature of the food and oven at the same time. A presettable alarm can be set for temperatures from 82°F to 572°F and will let you know when your food is done cooking. You can also use it to count down or use it as a stop watch. Temperature range from 32°F to 572°F. The probe wire measures 38'' long. Requires one AAA battery (included).
