Provides instantaneous endless hot water at tap while eliminating cold water run out while waiting for water to heat. 99 percent efficient, heats water only when tap is turned on. Does not store water to avoid standby heat loss. Copper heat exchanger and copper sheathed heating elements in durable 3 in. use 8 gauge wire. 240 Volt/40 or 20 amp for 8.5 kW high/4.75 low and 208 Volt/35 or 18 amp for 7.1 kW high/3.5 low 1/2 to 3/4 GPM minimum at 105 degrees Fahrenheit. Not designed to accept preheated water.
