Return Policy Return Policy:
We require all returned merchandise to be re-packed in its original product box with its original packing materials. We also require you to include all components, authenticity card, dust bag, and accessories. Please note that products must be unworn and in the state you received them (Please Note: all items are inspected prior to shipment and they are shipped in New Condition). A small 10% restocking fee on the entire value of the order will be applied when returning the goods to us within 15 days of shipment date for refund, minus shipping and handling charges (A value of $9.99 will also be deducted for customers with Free shipping option {this is the actual shipping charges incurred by InTrends.com}). Please note items returned without RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) will be subject to 20% restocking fee that is if products are not rejected or lost. Any incomplete items are subject to an additional restocking fee. To ensure accurate and timely processing of your return, please be sure to use the RMA# provided.
In addition, please include the "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" inside the shipping box. For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS or Insured Parcel Post. We will pay for return shipping if your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by us, or a damaged or defective product. We require you to pay for return shipping for any other reason. CODs will not be accepted. Note that we pay only for ground service on returned shipments unless authorized by our Customer Service Center. Here's the InTrends.com return process in four quick steps: Contact our Customer Service Center via email, phone or fax and request a Return Authorization number. Please be sure to indicate whether you want a refund or a replacement.

Exchange:
If you are requesting a replacement or exchange for an item, an Intrends.com Service Associate will request information from you in order to facilitate the replacement order. The Associate will follow up with you later, letting you know the expected delivery date for your replacement item, when possible. The Associate also will provide you with a Return Authorization, which contains Return Instructions, Return Information to create your Shipping Labels. For your convenience we will not charge restocking fee on one time exchange. Please contact us for more information.
Refund Policy:
After we receive the returned item and inspection, we will process your refund within fifteen business days (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). We will apply the refund to the same credit card you used to make your original purchase or by check if you purchased your items by check. Please note that the credit card credits might not appear for up to 45 days after the return is applied, depending on the internal policies of the institution that issued your credit card. Intrends.com will make the refund for the amount that originally was paid for the item, plus tax, minus shipping and handling charges within 15 days of the shipment date (A value of $9.99 will also be deducted for customers with Free shipping option {this is the actual shipping charges incurred by InTrends.com}). If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by us or a damaged or defective product, we also will refund the shipping charges. When an oversized item is returned for reasons other than an incorrect shipment by us or a damaged or defective product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the credit on your original order. On occasion, we will issue a credit before a product has been returned to us.
Damaged Shipment Policy:
At InTrends.com, we are 100% committed to our customer in selling only genuine first-quality, designer fashions goods, and accessories. All items are check before and after leaving our warehouse. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us by phone within 48hrs of receiving the item. We will be more than happy to assist you with a replacement (if it is available), or a credit (if necessary). We are open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST. |
