Return Policy
Orders must be cancelled within 12 hours of when you placed your order. If your item has already shipped, you will be subject to our return policy and we do not refund shipping expenses. There is a $5 fee for all cancelled orders to cover the costs of fees we incur. Returns & Refunds We do hope that you have enjoyed your online shopping experience and sincerely appreciate your business with eGeneralMedical Inc. In order to keep our prices consistently competitive and meet current standards set forth by our manufactures, we have a limited return policy unless the item is damaged or defective. Our return/replacement policy is not valid on any orders shipped internationally. Certain items are not eligible for return: vitamins, nutritional supplements, personal hygiene products, electronics, computers, PDAs and peripheral equipment, cd-roms, software, and videos. For replacement of damaged or defective merchandise: - If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you must contact us within 15 days of delivery to receive your replacement item by calling 919-844-9402. Refunds will not be issued on defective merchandise. After the 15 day period, it is the customer’s responsibility to deal directly with the manufacturer under their warranty.
- At this time, we are unable to offer refunds on initial shipping charges.
- Contact our returns department at (919) 844-9402 to obtain a return authorization number (RMA#). Should you call outside of normal business hours, please leave a detailed message regarding the return including your name, telephone number, and order number. We do NOT accept returns or cancellations via email.
- eGeneralMedical will send a 'return label' or UPS FedEx Call Tag to the address only if defective.
- Package your item(s) securely and ship the item back to the original destination. Most shipments come from different warehouses thru out the country and not our corporate office in Raleigh, NC.
- Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect the item and a replacement item will be sent to you.
For Non-Defective Returns within 15-days of delivery: - All eligible non-defective returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be in re-sellable condition.
- If you receive an item that does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. No returns after 15 days.
- If the product is eligible for return, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). This must be clearly labeled on the outside of your returned package, preferably with our return label. We will not accept any returns without an RMA number.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item to eGeneralMedical.com in proper packaging and with insurance to protect against shipping damage.
- Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the purchased product(s) less the 30% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded.
- Please note, it may take 7-10 business days for your credit to appear on your billing statement.
