When looking at a joint supplement, there are three main ingredients found in most products on the market: glucosamine, chondroitin and methylsulfonylmethane, more commonly referred to as MSM.

The research on both chondroitin and MSM is very controversial. Chondroitin, for instance, has very poor absorption due to its high molecular weight. I love the Isotonix line, but I also didn't like having to measure them in the cap. What has worked for me is to take a sharp knife to cut a slit in the foil cap and as long as the product is kept away from moisture, the product will flow easily through the slit and won't end up all over the place. Once I'm near the end of the bottle, I just take the foil off.

I didn't take my Prime joint formula on vacation and after day 3 I really missed it. When I am taking this product I feel like someone has taken an oilcan to my joints. Feels so normal, I will not leave it home again. Dolly

This is a great product. It tastes good and it works! I just don't like the measuring component. It is sometimes difficult to pour into the small cap, so I always pour over a plate so I don't waste any of the precious product!
