If you are in any way unsatisfied with your prints, please contact our customer service department within 5 business days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you. All returned goods must be shipped back to us no later than 30 days after the date the order was initially delivered. Printfinders will credit you for all your prints returned to us (at your expense)in resalable condition, and will provide replacements or store credit for any custom order items, including canvas transfers, mounted prints, and pre-framed items. We can only offer credit for items paid for with cash(i.e, credit cannot be re-issued for those items paid for with credit, unless it is due to a manufacturer error). Please note: we cannot offer credit for items which are returned in damaged condition, and recommend that you use an insured carrier such as UPS or FedEx for return shipping. Printfinders cannot accept responsibility for unsolicited returns. Please contact our staff before sending back any items.
Printfinders fully guarantees your order will be received in good condition. If your order is damaged as a result of shipping or packing, please notify us and we will be happy to replace or refund the order in full. If we made an error in the processing of your order (i.e. if you receive the wrong poster or a poster which you did not ask for), please do not mail it back to us - notify us within 5 days of receiving the package and we will arrange for a pickup.
