If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us for a full refund (less shipping charges) within 7 days after you received the product(s). For return service, please use the address below.
We hope that you will enjoy your purchase from Pans.com . We take pride that all the products we carry are of the highest quality. If for any reason you would like to return this product to us, please follow these instructions:
1. Attach the return label to the outside of the box.
2. Place the return form inside the box.
3. All materials originally shipped to you must be included in package. Product and packaging must be in original condition.
4. Please insure the shipment for the value of the product.
In the event that your product was damaged in transit or there was an error in processing your order, please contact our customer service department for return instructions.
Return Policy: 7 Day Return / 30 Day Exchange, Excluding RX Products. All night-vision products are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

In order to receive any credit for these items, they must be unopened and tamper-free (no missing shink-wrap/packaging, no missing protective/security tape, no missing label). Absolutely no credit will be refunded if there are signs of tampering with the product in any way. If the original is defective, you may be able to exchange the item by returning it back to us.
Return policy on purchases that include a free gift. You may return items for which you received a free gift in accordance with our regular return policy.
Please note: You must also return the free gift in order to receive a full refund. If you are unable to do so, the value of the free gift will be subtracted from the purchase price of the item being returned. You will be refunded the difference. The value of the free gift is based on the price it was regularly sold for on the date of your original purchase.
Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned; it may only be exchanged for the same product by returning the item.
