The Razor Black Label 4.0 Scooter features a Fixed custom Razor Tiki style 4130 CroMoly handlebar with custom Razor soft rubber grips, a 20 inch length deck with full grip tape, solid red alloy core laser etched 110 MM black high grade urethane 84A wheels with RZR Pro 40 bearings, a quadruple stacked headtube clamp with a 83 degree headtube angle, a threaded 110 MM compatible fork and a rear fender brake. The Razor Black Label 4.0 Scooter measures 21 inches tall and 18 inches wide, some assembly is required. Founded in June 2000, Razor USA, LLC is a privately held company based in Cerritos, Calif. and holds the worldwide rights to the Razor brand. Home of the wildly popular Razor kick scooter, Razor has other scooters like the E100, E200, and E300 (electric scooters).
