Return Policy Return Policy:At MiniTots.com, we are committed to nothing short of excellence regarding the support we provide to you before, during and after your sale. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days of your delivery date, you may return or exchange any returnable item(s). we will take back the product and issue a refund or exchange. All refunds and exchanges are subject to the final approval of our Customer Service Department. (Custom and Special Orders items see below).The returned product must be in new and unused condition and in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means saleable condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot issue refunds for an item with any indications that it has been used. This includes, but is not limited to, furniture items requiring assembly that have been assembled.The actual shipping charges, including all items shipped to you free of charge and return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective (Please see our policy regarding damaged or defective items).To return an item, please email return@minitots.com with the following information: 1. Order number 2. Product number and/or product name3. Reason for return4. Return for replacement, exchange, or refund Our Customer Service team will send you a return email with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how, and where to send the package. If an item is returned without a Return Authorization Number, we will not be able to process the return, and a credit will not be issued. For your protection, please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.Note: Please allow 15 business days from the time the item is returned to process a refund. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle. Damaged and Defective Items:MiniTots strives to ship your package in good condition. Unfortunately, packages may be damaged during the shipping process after leaving MiniTots. If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one at our discretion and completely at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) for concealed damage if you do not plan on using it immediately. Contact our customer service department within 7 business days of the delivery date to report the damage. Please be sure to have information such as model number, serial number, date of manufacture and any part numbers available. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 7 business days of the delivery date. This applies to canceling and returning a damaged item as well. We will continue to make every effort to get you individual replacement parts.Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible.
