If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of items In as received condition (unworn, unwashed, unused), or defective merchandise for a store credit of the original purchase price within 30 days of shipment date. With the Return Authorization, you can return your merchandise for a store credit / refund less shipping costs and restocking fees. There are no refunds unless the item is damaged beyond repair. Used merchandise cannot be returned including defective items. Any returns or exchanges post marked after 5 days of receipt date and or missing a return authorization number will be subject to a reduced credit / refund as well if not in its original packaging, in salable condition and/or if the merchandise has been marked down in the intervening time period.
