RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you believe you have received defective goods, or goods damaged during shipping,
please contact us immediately for a product exchange. We do NOT provide refunds
on any opened RC or electrical products.
Returns will only be accepted on unopened goods within fifteen (15) days of
receipt of goods. A 15% restocking fee will be charged against the refund amount.
Any RC product that has been opened and used cannot be returned. If you believe
the item is defective, you MUST contact us directly and explain in detail what
is occuring.
Most assumed defects are actually from buyer incorrectly following directions
for
proper use. If in fact the item is still believed to be defective after discussing
with us,
you will be given specific mailing instructions for the item to be sent directly
to the
manufacturer for evaluation.
If the manufacturer agrees that the item is defective, you will receive a replacement
at no
cost and you may also be reimbursement for the return shipping in either a credit
to your
account or in additional spare parts. This will be determined by CDH Enterprises
since
this option varies by Manufacturer.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your unopened purchase
and
you are within the fiftenn (15) guaranteed time frame, you must EMAIL US to
receive
a Return Authorization number (RMA#) and instructions to return the product.
All products being returned must be received within 10 days of obtaining an
authorization number (customer is responsible for return shipping charges).
You will receive a refund of the purchase price, less the original shipping
& handling,
and 15% restocking fee, within the next billing cycle from the date the product
is received
into the warehouse.
Please note charges and credits will appear as "CDH Enterprises".
ALL PRODUCTS AND INCLUDED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED
UNOPENED. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR ANY OPENED
GOODS.

1. email for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#):

2. Unless otherwise directed, return merchandise with RMA# written
on a copy of your invoice (save the original for your records) to:

EXCHANGES for ALL internet orders:
1. You must first email us to request an exchange. Upon review,
you will be given an Exchange Merchandise Authorization number (EMA#):

2. Unless otherwise directed, return merchandise with EMA# written on
a copy of your invoice (save the original for your records) to:

*Please make sure you also include the complete product description
you would like the return exchanged for.
Reminder: do NOT send any merchandise back to our warehouse until you
receive
an RMA# and specific shipping instructions.
