Rocky Mounts Locking Clutch

The RockyMounts Lockable Clutch is a bolt-on application for securely carrying your bicycle in the bed of your pickup truck or trailer. For use with 100mm-standard quick-release skewers; simply remove the front wheel from your bike and use the lockable quick release to secure your fork. Mounts to flat surfaces and can be used on pickups, trailers, RVs and vans. Stainless-steel, long-throw quick release is simple to operate and securely attaches the bike to the rack. Base is made of burly, cast aluminum with silver powder coating. Mounting base measures 6 in. by 1.57 in. (150mm x 40mm). Comes with lock core and two keys.
