    No such thing as a bad John Mayer album.

Pros:  Nice voice, some good songs and he already showed what a budding songwriter he is.
Cons: The end drags and the songs start sounding the same.
The Bottom Line: While not the best in his catalog it's a solid beginning that deserves a position in your collection.  Definitely more good moments than average ones.

Pros: Great melodies combined with lyrics that are easy to relate to.

The Bottom Line: This is a great album for those who like feel-good melodies as well as lyrics that are easy to relate to on a personal level.
