If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to Swell with in 45 days - in the condition that you received it - and we will gladly make an exchange, credit or refund.
To use our Hassle-Free Returns Program, simply use the pre-paid, pre-addressed return label that is included in your order. You pay nothing up front - we will deduct $6.95 from your refund for the cost of return shipping. There is no waiting in line or time on the phone getting a return authorization to mail your returns, simply drop-off the package to any U.S. mail location.
At Swell, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you find our merchandise defective in any way, or if you’re disappointed with the quality or fit, return it within 45 days in the condition in which it was received, for refund or exchange. Return Guidelines:
• Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 45 days of the invoice date.
• All items must be unused or in like-new condition.
• Clothing must be unwashed and shoes must be unlaced and unworn.
• Videos, CDs and DVDs must be unopened.
• Returned merchandise is subject to inspection before issuing a refund or exchange. Once product condition is determined, we will issue a refund or exchange the product.
• Please note: shipping charges on non-defective returns are not refundable.
Four Simple Steps For Returns
1. Complete the Return & Exchange Form on the back of your invoice and enclose with your return merchandise.
2.Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.
3. Affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed SmartLabel to your package. Cover or remove original shipping label.
4. Drop your package in the U.S. mail, at home, at work, or at the Post Office.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer SmartLabel® returns for packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses or other countries. If you ship a return package on your own, please use a trackable, insured shipping method using the address below:
