Returns:
- Returns are limited to 30 days from shipment.
- Some products are not returnable due to sanitary health issues or consumable components.
- Returns are accepted only with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Contact us for an RMA number and instructions. Customers pay shipping for returns.
Exchanges/Replacements:
- Defective products (material/workmanship) are replaced without charge if defects are reported within 30 days.
- Replacements are shipped for non-receipt after tracking efforts fail.
- Refuse delivery of broken or smashed boxes. Report hidden damage immediately. Claims are accepted up to 10 days after receipt.
Cancellations:
- Contact us by phone to change or cancel an order.
- After an order ships, our return policies apply.
Credits/Refunds:
- For exchange returns, a credit memo equal to the product price excluding shipping is issued for eligible products returned within 30 days.
- Credit memos are valid for 90 days.
- A 20% re-stocking fee applies to refund returns. Shipping/handling charges are not refunded.
- Customized products are not restockable.
- Returns must have all original packaging, parts, in an unused "new" condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse credit or refund for items that do not meet restockable criteria.
