Safest Hidden-Wires Electric Blanket - King The only UL-listed low-voltage blanket available in the United States, this machine-washable blanket combines safety and comfort without stiff, bulky wires common to traditional electric blankets. Completely machine washable and dryable, the blanket has a power converter that uses 25 volts or less, resulting in a safer blanket with no sacrifice in heating. This blanket heats evenly, eliminating hot or cold spots, and it has a soft, 100% fleece cover over virtually undetectable wires. Large, easy-to-read controller (queen and king sizes have dual controllers) automatically shuts off after 10 hours. 14" cord between blanket and controller. Imported polyester. "Item was listed as "in stock" when I ordered it on-line. Next day I get an email saying the item is out of stock and they don't know when it will be available. The explanation when I called was that even though the item was in stock when I ordered it on-line, I must have been preempted by someone who ordered it over the phone at the same time I was ordering it on-line. Bunch of hooey. Bottom line is, it was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and now that won't happen. This is a disorganized outfit, and I'll never purchase anything from them again. " |
