Return Policy
There is a 30 day money back guarantee on most products. All returns must be coordinated with Customer Service. A Request for RGA form must be obtained prior to sending products back. This will ensure the proper and prompt credit for your merchandise. Product must be received back in new and unused condition in its original packaging and complete with all hardware, manuals and warranty cards where appropriate. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, products returned incomplete or without prior authorization will receive no credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Products which have been used, assembled or installed are NOT returnable.
