Just return the product(s) to us in the same new condition (via prepaid insured parcel post or UPS - Sorry, no C.O.D.'s) within 60 days of receipt and we will promptly refund the purchase price of the item or issue an exchange, we'll follow your instructions. Please include a copy of the paperwork and a note with the reason for the return. Please do not return hats in envelopes. Sorry, customized or used items and the postage and handling fees are not refundable.
