Exchanges We understand that occasionally a product you purchase from us may need to be exchanged. In order to have this process run as smoothly as possible you need to follow the steps below:
1.) Make sure the Item is a returnable, i.e. new and in original manufacturer packaging with tags to be received in our warehouse within 30 days from the day you received the item as confirmed by the shipper. (Close-Out, Special Order, Used/Antique items are non-returnable)
2.) Send us an email request for a Return Authorization Number including your order number to Contact@OnlineScuba.com
3.) Write your Return Authorization Number (RA) clearly on the outside of the package with a copy of your order receipt with your exchange requirements or return request. Send the package to us via the best method available in your area to:

Please note: The store credit or refund amount on returns will include a nominal 10% restocking fee of purchase price of the item. (shipping is not refundable).
The item must be in its original (new)* condition and manufacturer packaging and prior authorization (RMA#) must be arranged by email. There will be a 25% restocking/handling fee of any properly authorized return item if received later than 30 days. If an (RMA#) is not received and the items are received within 30 days of receipt a 20% restocking fee of the total purchase price will apply. After 30 days of receipt we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All shipping charges are the purchaser's responsibility.
Items returned that are not in original packaging will either be returned or charged a restocking fee not less than 10% of the item purchase price.
*New is defined as unused, original packaging and attached tags or a combination of both.
**Used is defined as worn or obvious signs of wear, no attached tags, not original packaging or a combination of all. If the product is a wetsuit and you try it on please let it air out before repacking as there will be a cleaning fee deducted if it has obvious odors
4.) When your properly authorized package is received at our warehouse, we will mark the date received on the package and inspect for condition. If everything is OK your RMA# is approved and sent to shipping for an exchange or Accounting for a refund based on the above mentioned criteria. Please allow 7 to 15 working days for refund to be processed.

While our normal 30 day return policy will be in force during the Holiday Season, orders received between November 10th and December 24th will have an extended exchange deadline. If a Return Authorization is received by January 12th, you can return unused merchandise for a full exchange or 6 month store credit less S/H charges when received by the end of the month.
